Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

Shipping costs will automatically be calculated and added to your order.  We offer flat rate shipping at $6.95, all orders over $75 ship free.

All orders will ship FedEx ground, expedited freight is not available. No weekend/holiday delivery.

*Free shipping only applies to orders over $75 before tax is applied and after all discounts have been applied.

Tracking Information

When your order ships you will be e-mailed a confirmation including a FedEx tracking number. With this tracking number you will be able to track your package on the FedEx website at

Scrubs 123 Return Information

Scrubs123 Return Policy

This Policy applies unless you have a contract providing terms. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the terms of this Policy. Returns of non-Medline brand items and “vendor directs” are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer and may be at customer’s expense.

Embroidered textiles are not returnable. However we will accept a Return of any item for full credit if we shipped in error or if the item is defective or damaged. If you need to return your purchase, please use the form provided with your packing list to complete your return. If you have any questions about how to return your product, or if you have misplaced your form, please call our customer service line.

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Returns may be rejected because of the physical condition of the items. Specifically: (a) only items in full, complete and unopened cases with original packaging are returnable and (b) items otherwise in an unsalable condition due to improper storage or damaged packaging are not returnable.

Customer will not be charged freight on returns that are the result of Medline error, defect or damage. In all other situations (i.e.: a discretionary return on your part, your error, overstock at your facility), Customer will be responsible for pre-paying freight charges unless Medline issues call tags or a bill of lading. (Freight charges will be deducted from the credit amount).

Note: All sales are final on clearance, closeout and discontinued items.  They are sold "as is."
