This skirt it great. It does not have a slit, but it's roomy enough to comfortably move around. I really like the back pocket, too. I got the royal blue and navy colors. The royal blue is a more true royal blue than shown. The only thing I would recommend is to order 1 size down. I got a small and it fit more like a medium. I should have gotten an extra small. The skirts are a little see through, because the material is thin. I'm 5"5 and the skirt hits a couple inches below the knee. Overall, a great skirt!
