I have been a pediatric nurse for just about thirty years. I have seen all the changes to the nurse’s uniform and I have tried my fair share of different kinds of scrubs. I have found my favorite with the Medline AngelStat scrubs. These scrubs are dependable, last long, fit well and have many different styles & colors to choose from.

Working with children I need lots of pockets for all my equipment as well as some of the distractions I have when a child needs to get a shot. My go to pants are the Cargo pants with the Elastic Waist. They fit well and I know they won’t slide with the elastic waist. I also like that the pockets are on my thighs so it is easier for me to access the things I have in my pockets. For my uniform, I usually stick to the same pants (I have probably 10 pairs of these cargo pants and a few others). As for the shirts, this is where I go a little crazy so to speak.

I love all the print options I have to choose from with the AngelStat brand. Personally, I am a bit more conservative so I don’t go for the lower v-neck cut shirts. However I love the 898 Bunnies & Bears tops. It certainly helps to be working with children because I can get away with wearing these cute tops. I love that the pockets are pretty hidden behind the designs and my patients and co-workers think it’s a great design!

When the office gets chilly I have my trusty AngelStat warm up jacket to keep me warm. It has pockets as well and the fabric moves easily so I have full motion of my arms to continue to do my job effectively. I love my scrubs almost as much as I love my job! I am so happy I have found these scrubs. Now, when I am shopping I am not worrying about how long these scrubs will last or if they are dependable. I focus on style & color choices which are a whole heck of a lot more fun!
